A FAMILY KITCHEN THAT GREW BY LISTENING
Led by Duc and Ling, Duckling is Brighton's neighbourhood kitchen and the only Vietnamese and Chinese restaurant on Church Street. We offer a fresh, creative and respectful take on Vietnamese cooking, alongside Chinese-style dishes made for the middle of the table.
Most of our guests are regulars, and their feedback has shaped our menu. We buy from a supplier who goes directly to the local market and farmers, so we can tell you what's in each dish and how it's made.
